Standard Delivery: All domestic, non-express orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Packages will most likely be left in your mailbox.
Shipping Time Frame
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Standard Shipping: Orders placed prior to 3pm MST Mon-Thurs are typically processed same day and shipped the next day*. Orders placed over the weekend are shipped on Monday. Closed Holidays. Orders typically take 3-9 business days in transit to arrive. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders that are greater than or equal to $100+ in value that are being shipped to a location within the Continental United States will have the option to select "Free Standard Shipping" at checkout.
Order Change/Cancelation: After an order is placed, several software platforms work together to fulfill an order in the quickest possible time frame. The automation and complexity of these platforms working in tandem make it too difficult to change an order once it is placed.
Missing Package Marked as “Delivered”:
- Check your mailbox
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- See if someone else accepted the delivery
- Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
- Ask your postman where he placed it
- Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen
“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.
